Submit your Certificate of Insurance
Hey There!
Before you can move in, we will need your Certificate of Insurance form on file from your business insurance provider.
Before submitting, make sure your Certificate of Insurance (COI) form:
1. Meets the minimum requirements
A. Members must have general liability insurance with a reputable insurer licensed in the state of Georgia.
B. Coverage should be at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate.
2. Must list these entities as additional insureds
